This class is specifically designed for active people. It taps into the power Yoga gives you to better understand your body. The class has three phases: dynamic poses that warm up your muscles and joints, passive holds to relax the mind as you stretch deeper into your muscles and at least one restorative pose–a critical element for recovery and preparation for your next workout. This class will help you improve core stability and balance, increase flexibility and prevent injury.
