Prana, or the body's energy is accessed and through an exhilarating and relaxing flow of yoga poses. The poses are directly linked to the breath and focusing on connection to the earth. Build your core strength, increasing your vitality and having fun while practicing yoga is what we are all about! Tension is released through the poses and the core body is tapped into gaining strength, balance and flexibility. All classes end with Final Relaxation and may include Guided Meditation and Reiki.
