Beginner, Seniors, Baby Boomers, Pre & Post Natal, Sports/ Injury recovery, All levels. Mixed level.
Alignment, enhancements and assists cued to customize your yoga experience. No need to have tried yoga before, all poses will be personalized for your body. Have ready props: blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to get much deeper into our poses. We learn to focus on full breath and stretching. Begin with Pranayama (breath work) and end with a guided meditation.
