This is a fun Hatha style yoga class, which utilizes props, blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to get much deeper into our poses. We learn to focus on full breath awareness and deep restorative stretching, and receive a full body yoga practice. May include Breath work, Reiki and Guided Meditation. Please have props ready at start of class.
