This is a fun Hatha style yoga class, which utilizes props, blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to get much deeper into our poses. We learn to focus on full breath awareness and deep restorative stretching, and receive a full body yoga practice. Begin with Pranayama (breath work) and end with a guided meditation. Have your props ready at the start of class. May include Reiki and Guided Meditation.
