​MB Yin Yoga is a series of simple, floor stretches targeting those difficult to open areas like the hips and spine and are held for one to five minutes. This gentle practice is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles-especially the back and knees, and is beneficial to both newcomers and seasoned practitioners alike. You will leave class feeling relaxed, yet energized. Accessible to people of all ages. You will get immediate results from your first stretch.
