Class Details

Join me for a light-to-moderate Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with emphasis on the breath, alignment, balancing, and strengthening of the back, to be able to sustain closed eyes seated meditation for 5 to 10 minutes at the end of the class with an enhanced ability to focus after the Vinyasa Flow portion.

You might need a block or thick book to sit on.
