Class Details

Learn one of the most beloved styles of yoga. In this beginners class we will break down Surya Namaskar "A" and "B", and the primary series. Finishing with a short back bending and forward fold series. Join me in my Part - 2 on Tuesday for the second half of this flow.

If you have a heater, I would suggest turning it on 30 minutes prior to class. Please bring a block and strap (if available).
