Yin Yoga is a replenishing stretch practice that focuses on restoring the body & calming the mind by targeting those difficult to open areas like the hips & spine & holding poses for 1-5 minutes. All stretches are seated. Restorative & rehabilitative for joints & muscles, especially the back & knees & is beneficial to both the totally inflexible newcomers & seasoned practitioners alike. Jump into/out of the class at any time-one stretch better than none if don't have time for whole class.
