A gentle sequence of postures linked together to create heat in the body, length in the muscles and quiet the mind. Yin is done mostly seated and lying down, with the postures being held for about 3-5 minutes. This helps to open the body, especially through the joints and ligaments, while restoring the body and calming the nervous system.
