Yoga can be as challenging or as easy as you need it to be. In this sequence of poses, learn how to turn up the heat or kick back and enjoy the breathe. We will be using props so have your blocks, blankets, pillows, bolsters and/or straps ready. Be gentle on the body and restore it to prepare for the new week ahead.
