Class Details

Whether you are a runner, swimmer, cyclist or workout junkie your hamstrings are suffering. In this class we will use dynamic poses that will warm the body, followed by static poses (holding poses for a longer period) that will lengthen the hamstrings, open the hips and heart and prepare you for the rest of your day.

Recommended: Block, strap, heater.
Heater: If you have a heater please heat your room at least 30 minutes prior to class.
