An invigorating vinyasa flow made to wake up the body, mind & spirit. Make your spirit dance and celebrate your life. This class will teach you how to connect the breathe with movement in a rythmatic flow, to bring awareness to the present moment, and will give you the excuse that you're looking for to wake up & get on your mat. Morning practices don't have to be something you dread. Even if you're eyelids are still heavy, this flow will get you going and may even make you smile.
