Combining energetic Vinyasa flow to music, alternating intensity is combined with Hatha Yoga holds and balance poses and you have HOT cOMmunity yoga! Learning to flow with the breath, focusing on twists, alignment in the poses (asanas), and strengthening the core while having a lot of fun! Begin inversions and arm balances plus opportunities for advancement of postures as well as modifications offered for all body types and ages.
