Using ancient Thai Massage principles, yogic stretching and modern proven anatomical framework of Trigger point therapy Cyriac will guide you through simple self-massage techniques and stretches to help keep your pain away. This 30-minute interactive class will guide you to use simple economical tools like balls, elbows, and knees to massage yourself.

Medium hard ball, Yoga Mat and a pillow.
