Hi, I’m Veronica! Welcome to my profile

I came to yoga after years of teaching fitness classes with increasingly achy joints, muscles, and a stressed mind. After just a few classes, I knew that I wanted to share the benefits I received from this practice with others.
My classes find their roots in the Jivamukti and Prana Flow traditions. I teach strong and powerful sequences, yet keep a light-hearted mood with my students. I'll encourage you to find your edge, knowing that everyone’s edge looks different, and your edge today may be different to what it is tomorrow, so I offer ample modifications and options to deepen poses. Throughout the practice, I'll remind you to use your breath to find strength, grace, and compassion for yourself in whatever shape you take.
