Yoga was a means for recovery for me, but when I arrived I found something far deeper and it has shaped my life! I trained as a vinyasa instructor in the YogaWorks method teaching an alignment based safe flow. Since then I have branched out including kids yoga, aerial yoga, and my very favorite paddleboard yoga. Connecting breath with movement to find a balance of mind, body, and spirit is so important to my teaching style.
