Hi, I’m Sally! Welcome to my profile

I'm a 200 Hour RYT Yoga Teacher and a Certified Iron Yoga Teacher. My classes are creative and balanced, incorporating flowing movements with the breath, power and restorative poses, pranayama and stillness. I provide posture modifications and alignment corrections to ensure you follow a safe practice, while also allowing you to find a rhythm with your breath and flow. All levels are welcome!

I am is passionate about helping you to challenge yourself physically, mentally and spiritually and open yourself up to new possibilities through the transformational and empowering practice of yoga. I very much look forward to working with you and being a part of your yoga journey!
