Hi, I’m Ana! Welcome to my profile

I believe Yoga is all about bringing the awareness up; using our physical practice as a tool for self-discovery is just the first step for achieving our higher purpose.

I began my personal practice early in life, but have practiced consistently since 2009. It was shortly after that I began as a private instructor, finding a deeper sense of purpose. In 2012 I started teaching once per week at the research institute where I did my PhD work and found so much inspiration in sharing yoga with my community.

Vinyasa flow is my favorite personal practice and also teaching flavour, thus, my classes tend to be energetic and hopefully fun. Nevertheless, I love the consistency that the Ashtanga primary series brings, the calming qualities of a Yin class and the suppleness that Restorative yoga offers, all of which I enjoy teaching.
